Using Moti's site and services means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree - do not use the service. Terms version: 2026-10-27.

What you must understand before use
- Everything Moti shows is advice and guidance only. It does not replace professional advice (mechanic, lawyer, insurance, and the like). You decide at your own risk.
- You may not dispute or argue Moti's analysis as if it were a binding professional verdict.
- Moti uses smart automation and correlation that include AI processing. This is not a human mechanic's verdict.
- Moti does not guarantee that data is verified, complete, or correct (government sources, uploads, OCR, AI, and other sources may be wrong or incomplete).
Diagnosis and vehicle information
Moti offers initial guidance with AI and shows information from external sources, including Israel Ministry of Transport registries where applicable. Gaps and errors can happen. Before repairs or buying a car, get a check from a qualified professional. A signed report shows origin and integrity at verification time; it is not a physical inspection and not an appraisal or insurance opinion.
Safety
In immediate danger, stop somewhere safe and call the right emergency services. Do not use chat while driving. Emergency guidance is available without signing in; offline access needs a prior visit that saved the guidance on the device.
Accounts, credits, and payments
Keep account details accurate and protect access. Prices and credit-using actions are shown before you confirm. Cancellation, refunds, and credit validity will be completed in binding wording when public billing is on. This document does not authorize charging when payments are disabled in the environment.
Pre-purchase checks and documents
Check results are a help tool. Complete with an Infocar / clearance report (www.infocar.co.il), vehicle licence, and an independent workshop check when relevant. Document uploads for analysis, when available, are one-time use and do not replace the source document. Do not upload personal identity documents.
Moti2
Each listing shows Ministry of Transport data for the vehicle as pulled from the registries, and the seller cannot edit, hide, or delete that locked display. Do not post misleading or harmful content, or someone else's information without permission. The seller is responsible for the details they enter. Full seller identity verification may be partial or still rolling out - do not rely on a badge that is not shown on the listing.
Intellectual property
Moti's interface, brand, mascot, and original content are protected. Do not copy them or present them as third-party work without permission. Fault-code guides are general information.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. Moti is not liable for indirect damages from relying only on the diagnosis or registry data, subject to applicable consumer law.
